Brief
This small project starts with a request to "design an impressive progress bar widget" for a kiosk application and deliver it as a WPF solution.
After delivering the widget I was asked  to continue with designing and implement the rest of the user interface.
Visual Design
The physical design of the kiosk was made by a colleague industrial designer.
I had an Idea to try and integrate the user interface design with the look and feel of the kiosk
In order to achieve that I used  the kiosk material properties (form the industrial design files) as a reference and experiment with textures and elevation on top of i

Here we meet again
The design was delivered in 2013 to serve in a pilot project
The project ended with several  support sessions with the developer to help implement the solution I delivered with the hardware since then I didn't hear about it...
I first saw “signs” of this project again, when I noticed the progress widget was deployed (with wrong ratio) on a small screen by the  gates after border control in Ben gurion airport.
In the last 2 years I was very proud to see the full UI solution after is seems the project implemented publicly in the Ben gurion Airport
